For a step in crucial Irish history, a trip to Dublin Castle will place you right in the centre of tense moments in time as the castle is considered a powerful symbol of the seven hundred years of misrule by England that the Republic of Ireland was oppressed under. Here, you’ll be able to see the old walls of Dublin city, giving you an insight into just how much the city has expanded, and learn much about the history of this extraordinary city and its people.
