Exercise is a good way to work stresses away, so why not see if you can add an early morning swim or post-work gym session to your routine. Not only does exercise leave you feeling more invigorated in the short term, it also helps you fall asleep when the times comes - something many people who are stressed and working too hard have trouble with.
